Duval-Leroy Rose Sec NV
This beautiful, deep salmon-pink rosé is blended specially to meet the need for a Champagne suitable to accompany desserts.Made using only Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru of Vertus, the home of Duval-Leroy, the colour is extracted by a process called ‘saignée’ which involves only a brief maceration of the juice with the skins after crushing. The finished wine has a delicate, red fruit aroma and supple, rounded palate; which with the higher ‘dosage’ (about 23 grammes per litre) makes it the perfect finish to a meal.
